Built for decisions, not a publishing quota
The archive is organized around distinct questions: how to compare Edmonton property patterns, investigate construction and land, prepare a listing, read market evidence, relocate and make a professional referral. It does not create 44 versions of the same keyword page.
Each edition states what its sources can establish, where property-specific verification belongs and which claims the site will not make. Association statistics are never converted into Paul-specific results. Neighbourhood data is never used to rank people or decide who belongs.
A transparent monthly archive
The edition labels create a complete monthly sequence from January 2023 to August 2026. Because the archive was commissioned later, the real first-publication date remains August 17, 2026 on every article and in structured data. That avoids fabricated freshness while preserving the requested editorial map.
Future updates should change the reviewed date only after sources and copy are actually checked. A future dateModified value should appear only after a material revision.
Paul's contribution is advisory
Every article includes a dedicated Paul Paiva perspective tied to his source-supported background: Edmonton roots, mortgage work beginning in 2008, later experience with a home builder and full-time real-estate representation.
The articles do not invent transaction stories, sales volume, awards or private inventory. Authority comes from a repeatable method, source quality, visible limits and practical questions a client can use.
