Paul Paiva: Founder Partner and client advisor
Paul is a Founder Partner of Elevate Realty Group. He began in real estate in 2008 as a mortgage specialist, then worked with a home builder to learn construction from the inside, before moving into full-time residential and luxury representation. Integrity and honesty are the standards he says guide every file.
On a luxury assignment Paul stays the accountable centre of the relationship: he advises, he negotiates, and he is the person a client calls when a decision changes.

What the team means for a luxury client
A coordinated team creates continuity. On a listing, that shows up as organized scheduling, feedback collected and reported properly, tight documentation and communication that keeps pace with an approved plan. On a search, it means broader awareness of what is coming to market.

A team built over a decade
The group started in 2017 with three agents, grew to ten by the end of 2021 and adopted the Elevate Realty Group name in January 2022, building the change around service standards, systems, collaboration and community involvement.
That history matters mainly because it produced the process a client inherits today: written plans, clear roles and a team that has handled Edmonton property through several very different markets.
Real Broker is the brokerage
Elevate joined Real in 2022. Paul is the advisor, Elevate is the team and Real Broker is the brokerage — a structure that gives the team a modern platform and a national network of agents to collaborate with.
Representation, agency and confidentiality obligations are set out in the documents signed at the start of an engagement, and Paul walks clients through them before any commitment is made.
